Yes! Hypnobirthing supports all types of births, whether you plan to use pain relief or not, have a high-risk pregnancy or a planned caesarean. It’s a complementary tool that helps you feel calmer, more confident and better equipped to cope with labour, whatever choices you make.

Hypnobirthing complements standard antenatal classes, but it’s much more personalised and in-depth. While traditional classes cover general pregnancy and birth information, hypnobirthing focuses on practical relaxation, breathing and visualisation techniques. Many families choose to do both for maximum preparation.

I offer several options: 

• 1:1 courses from the comfort of your own home or via Zoom

• Small interactive group classes in Prestwich and Sale

• Refresher courses online or at home for extra confidence

Most sessions are 2-2hrs 30 mins each. It depends on your course choice, how long the courses is. This can vary between 1 session and 4 sessions

Yes! Partners are encouraged to join. They’ll learn how to support you during labour and become an active part of the birth process.

Yes! You will receive MP3 hypnobirthing tracks, a course workbook, a goody bag and my continued support right through your pregnancy (should you need me!)
